Why Metropark sathorn

Approach/Location:

This is just only 8 Kilometers from Taksin Bridge. Now it will be only 5 km away from BTS station Wong Wian Yai. The sky train going to start running in mid of may, till newly made stations thonburi and wong wian yai. From metro park to wong wian yai station will take not more then 10mnuts and there will be shuttle Van for to and from.

We just need to go straight and take a u turn under the bridge. This (kalaprapurk) road link Sathorn to Phet Kasem, siam university, The Mall Bang Khe and The Mall Tha Phra etc. After sky train project completed , it will be only one kilometer from the station and there will be shuttle van for all residents. Now they do have Van for BTS Taksin, Pepsi Pier and BTS Surasak.

Atmosphere:

This is only it’s kind of residence. It is very near to city and atmosphere is like resorts. So open and clean air, lots of greenery around. Not too tall building so looks very open.

Comforts:

Since it is not so far from city, we do not have traffic problem. Can breath fresh air. There is big swimming pool. Very soon there will be club house and 7-eleven. The buildings are very small so not crowded at all. For taxi, we can ask to guard and can have at our door.

Security:

The security of metropark sathorn is amazing. There is screening and I card exchange at the main entrance of property. Then each phase has it’s own security to enter in that phase. At this point need to change card again. To enter in building, need Key card and code no. both. There is full time DVR ( digital video recording) at all points. The rooms are also having two kind of locks. One is by key and other is digital.

Metropark sathorn is the ultimate staying place to stay near the city but in environment of resort. Metro park sathorn is surrounded by green trees so when you are at upper floor, you feel like you are in some of the resort of Hua Hin or any any sea side.
